HRV is used to judge fatigue and readiness for exercise. It is currently not planned for our first version. To better understand how we are approaching this issue it is important to explain that HRV is mainly available in an accurate enough way only during static situations (i.e. off-training situations, such as phone calls, hearing music, etc.). Our plan is to integrate HRV in a designated off-training experiences version that will include the correlation between your different all day activities and your HRV output. We have a designated team that is currently validating this concept to make sure that the insights you will receive are reliable and actionable enough.
