What is the return policy for Vi?


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of Vi for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

To qualify for a refund, all of  the following conditions must be met:

  • A return authorization number (RMA#) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date. To request an RMA # please contact our Customer Service team here.

  • You must return the product(s) to LifeBEAM in good physical condition (not broken or physically damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase (charging cable, carrying case, fin and tip sizing kit, original box) must be included with your return.

  • The RMA# must be included with the returned product.

After our warehouse receives the device, it will go through an inspection process (this can take 2-3 business days) and a refund will be issued when it is complete. Depending on your bank/card issuer, it can take between 2-7 business days before the refund is available in your account.

Additional terms and conditions:

  • Shipping/handling charges and taxes paid (including state, country, customs, or VAT) are nonrefundable.

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damages to the returned product(s) while in transit to our warehouse. To avoid the loss of your package, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Returned product(s) that have been opened or are missing accessories will be charged a restocking/handling fee of $10.00

  • If the product(s) is returned without an RMA #, it can be refused, returned to sender, or you may be charged a $20 restocking fee.
